Since 1995 we started the venture on working for public sanitation, mainly sanitary construction & tools distribution. We the construction work of low-cost sanitary toilet & water filter for peoples of Sundarban areas (North 24 Pgs.) Hasnabad, Hingalganj, Sandeshkhali I & II, Nazad these blocks are our starting areas.
From 2001 we started construction of complete house-hold latrine & school latrines.
After some (in 2002) time we started same construction work at Kotulpur block of Bankura.
In 2012 we started sanitary construction in Pursurah Block of Hooghly. These programs as sponsored by District Sanitation Cell & District Administrations.
Health Awareness: Besides we have organized different type of hygiene related awareness camp like handwash program, use toilet program, no drug, no smoking & no malaria program. In these programs we have miking, road shows, school awareness in collaboration with District Sanitation Cell, District Health & Family Welfare Samity, NBA in different places of North & South 24 Pgs. and Hooghly district.
Water Testing Lab.: Another venture started in 2005, we started water testing laboratory (free) under Public Health Engineering for the campaign of SAFE DRINKING WATER at Hingalganj, North 24 Pgs. & Goghat, Hooghly. This is sponsored laboratory setup for poor community to test their tube well / drinkable water. This step was taken by PHE, Govt. of India in Arsenic & chlorine effected surface water areas to ensure safe drinking water for all people. We provide essential suggestion for water treatment & supply of chemicals to use in water for public.
