The Organization is enriched with more than 300 general member who are spread over West Bengal, all are ex-trainees of Ramakrishna Mission Samaj Seva Sikshan Mandir, Belur Math.
An annual general meeting being held every year for annual project planning, budget review & financial analysis.
In every 3 years a selection process of executive body being held in the head office at Belur. 7/9 number of executive members are being selected in executive committee (non-salaried) by all general members.
President, Secretary & Treasurer are acting as main financial controller of the organization. Besides that, there are few numbers of sub-committee for project level controls like training & employment, health & sanitation subcommittee with general members & coordinators.
Officially few numbers of salaried persons are engaged for project level coordination who are the project implementation (work) level head.
