Since 1993 the organization started its journey with training program for unemployed youth in Hooghly District. At the starting of the organization, we executed training program in collaboration with other organization, executed Incense stick making, beekeeping, coconut shell craft etc. training.
Then started training under District Rural Development Cell, Hooghly, Howrah, North 24 Pgs. Nadia districts
In 1998 we started training program under Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, on Vermi Compost, Horticulture, Bee Keeping, MPM repairing, Two-Wheeler repairing, Electrical appliance Repairing & Cell Phone Repairing etc.
After that we started different types of entrepreneurship development training (EDP) program under different dept. of MSME / District Industries Centre (DIC)s of Hooghly, Howrah, North & South 24 Pgs, Medinipur, Nadia, Bankura, Bardhaman on PMRY, PMEGP, Handicraft, Mushroom, plantation etc.
After completion of training, department directed us for follow-up for trainees. Sometimes we design some projects for entrepreneurs / trainees, assisted to take bank loan / financial assistance for new startup/ business, sometimes manufacturing units.
Mainly we are imparting different types of short-term training courses of 1 to 6 months like technical training as Mobile repairing, computer training, TV repairing, CD-DVD repairing, video editing, two-wheeler, four-wheeler, power-triller, diesel water pump repairing, motor winding, electrical home appliance repairing, freezer – AC repairing, electrical house wiring, iron welding etc.
In handicraft we imparted sewing & garment making, kantha stitching, soft-doll making, dry-flower making, home decoration, crystal stone ornament making, artificial imitation ornament making, jute diversified product making, bamboo – cane craft, stone curving, clay tile product making, zori & embroidery, lac product making, sal-leaf plate making, shital-pati & mat making training etc.
In agriculture & horticulture plant seedling, paddy farming, vegetable cultivation, floriculture, pisciculture, vermi-compost making, mushroom cultivation etc.
In other skill development category beautician, food processing & preservation, dry-food making etc. to different target groups like SHGs, Clusters, Artisan groups etc.
