Sarvik Vivekananda Gram Seva Sanstha a registered voluntary organization has been consistently devoted for last two decades to address the burning problems of physically, economically, socially challenged backward communities at large spread over in 13 districts of west Bengal.
Under its avowed programmes in the spheres of health it has stressed emphasis on preventive measures as well as curative activities by means of service through mobile medical camps, running community delivery centers, holding camps for specialised treatment at remote villages of Sundarban areas.
Apart cost free qualitative service, quantitatively more than ten lakhs people-mostly women & children of SC, ST & other under privileged communities have so far been benefitted under these programmes mostly sponsored by the state governments.
In tune with our ongoing social philanthropic programmes, now we are going to organize a gathering of villagers, public representatives, teachers, doctors and handicapped people at Sagar Block in South 24 Pgs. coinciding with Holy Sagar Mela on 13th & 14th January, 2014 The principal agenda of the meeting is to distribute “Tri-cycle’ to the deserving poor handicapped persons who are unable to move independently.
To make the programme fruitful & a grand success through distribution of equipped wheel chairs to 10 (ten) number handicapped people meticulously selected from the area we extend fervent appeal to all philanthropic organizations & benevolent persons for contribution as donation to the fund meant for procuring 10 (ten) no. wheel chairs for the purpose.

Incidentally it may be mentioned that all sorts of donation to Sarvik Vivekananda Gram Seva Sanstha are getting benefit under 80G of Income Tax Act.
